The YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program in Commerce Township, MI, is dedicated to empowering individuals at risk for Type 2 diabetes with essential skills and the caring support they need to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes. Our mission is clear: to help participants lose 7% of their body weight and increase physical activity to 150 minutes per week, fostering a happier and healthier life.
