Evergreen Lutheran Church, located at 8680 Evergreen Ave, Detroit, MI, serves as a critical beacon of hope in the community by operating the last LCMS Lutheran School within Detroit's city limits. Despite limited resources, the church and school are dedicated to providing stability and support for many inner-city youth. Led by Pastor Bill Danowski, Evergreen Lutheran aims to nurture children's spiritual and educational needs, addressing broader social challenges such as access to quality education and community support in a struggling urban area. The church fosters a welcoming environment, encouraging community members to engage and explore the variety of support services available. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of local families and children through active participation and support.
