Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, established in 1928 in Detroit, serves as a spiritual anchor for the local community. This parish hosts daily Mass except for Wednesdays, with additional services including confessions and Bible study sessions. Sundays typically include a coffee social for fellowship after the 10:30 AM Mass. The church is not only a place of worship but also a hub for community support, facilitated by its active Society of St. Vincent de Paul. This organization addresses local social needs, further enriching the community's spiritual and social well-being. Interested individuals are encouraged to explore the various support services available through the church, fostering a deeper connection within the neighborhood.
