Located in Eastpointe, MI, the Rapid Re-Housing Program is dedicated to empowering young adults aged 18 to 24 by providing essential rental assistance for up to one year. Our mission is to facilitate stable housing while ensuring participants have access to vital supportive services such as case management, individual counseling, emergency food assistance, transportation, and utilities support. By focusing on both housing and holistic care, we help young people transition out of homelessness and thrive in their communities. To enroll, applicants must demonstrate proof of homelessness and can easily apply by downloading and submitting a PDF application.
