Located in Eastpointe, MI, the Diabetes Prevention Program empowers individuals to take charge of their health through a comprehensive, research-based approach that emphasizes healthy eating, active living, and the development of essential coping skills. Led by certified lifestyle coaches, our program focuses on preventing type 2 diabetes by providing expert health education and support tailored to your unique needs. If you have a BMI of 25 or higher, a family history of type 2 diabetes, or other risk factors such as little physical activity or a previous diagnosis of pre-diabetes, we invite you to join us for either virtual or in-person sessions.
