The Healthy Living Program is dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of residents in Flat Rock and throughout Wayne County, Michigan. Our initiative offers a variety of engaging services, including fitness and nutrition classes, along with workshops focused on healthy cooking and mental health awareness. We are committed to helping the community thrive by promoting healthy lifestyles and providing valuable resources for well-being. Currently, all services are conducted remotely to ensure safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we invite anyone interested, including those outside Wayne County, to reach out to learn more about our virtual offerings.
