In Flushing, MI, the Commodities Food Program, operated by GCCARD, is dedicated to providing critical food assistance to low-income elderly individuals aged 60 and over, as well as low-income mothers, infants, and children. Each month, we distribute nutritious USDA commodity foods to ensure our community members have access to essential meals. Our program focuses on supplementing food security through carefully curated packages designed to meet the dietary needs of those we serve, fostering health and well-being in our neighborhood.
