MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Grand Blanc, MI, is a dedicated initiative aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission includes annually screening every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and providing tailored referrals to a variety of weight management services. We offer an array of options such as engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for at-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach. For Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
