Welcome!  The first step in making a change in your life is doing exactly what you are doing.  I am looking forward to working with you.  I have been a social worker for 25 years, both practicing and teaching and specialize in many areas. I am passionate about what I do and am a warm and sensitive person.   While working together, we will come up a plan that feels right for you and in time address all of your concerns.  I use a strength based empowerment approach in all of my sessions.
