MOVE! is a dedicated weight management and health promotion program located in Lansing, MI, specifically tailored to enhance the well-being of Veterans. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity, guiding them toward appropriate weight management services and treatment options that cater to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans who prefer self-management tools, while we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
