MOVE! Weight Management Program in Macomb, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to provide individualized care by annually screening every Veteran receiving treatment at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management services.
