Home Delivered Meals, based in Madison Heights, MI, is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our specialized meal programs. We offer Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, as well as to self-pay individuals seeking nutritious meal options. Each meal is carefully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to cater to a range of medical needs, including chronic conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, and is specially designed to exclude dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork.
