MOVE! Weight Management Program in Muskegon, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for personalized in-home support. For those who prefer to take charge of their journey independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite participating in our program.
