Located in Saint Clair Shores, MI, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources. Our mission is to ensure access to vital food assistance, including specially designed food thickeners and pre-modified foods tailored for those with swallowing difficulties. In addition to our nutritional support, we offer therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to enhance everyday living.
