Project HEAL Saint Joseph, MI
About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Saint Joseph, MI, offers compassionate and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a warm, inclusive environment where participants can join live, facilitated virtual group meals, nurturing both nutrition and community. With sessions held four times a day—two for lunch and two for dinner—attendees can select times that best fit their schedules, allowing for flexible participation. Each meal support session is guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are dedicated to providing expert support as they pursue their CNS certification. While our services prioritize meal support, we encourage those in crisis to seek immediate help by reaching out to emergency services or the HEALING text line. Join us in fostering a supportive atmosphere for healing and recovery through shared meals.
