At Senior Services in Southgate, MI, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of over 1,600 seniors across metropolitan Detroit through a range of essential services. Our mission is to provide food assistance, nutritious meals, and companionship while advocating for the needs of our senior community. We offer a health maintenance clinic, transportation, exercise and fitness programs, and a welcoming environment for social and recreational activities. Our initiatives include a computer learning center and intergenerational programs that foster connections across ages. Although activities have been temporarily suspended due to COVID-19, we continue to serve our community by providing carry-out lunch from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. We invite seniors aged 60 and older to join us for just $10 a year in membership, while those aged 55-59 can become Associate Members for $36 annually, receiving access to all our valuable programs and support.
