Located in Taylor, MI, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors during their journey beyond treatment. Our evidence-based program is designed for individuals who have completed any form of cancer treatment within the last 24 months, although survivors at any stage of their journey are welcomed. We focus on empowering participants through tailored nutritional support, exercise customization, and essential education on medical management and emotional health.
