MOVE! is a dedicated weight management and health promotion program located in Warren, MI, specifically designed to enhance the well-being of Veterans. Our mission is to support Veterans in achieving a healthier lifestyle by annually screening all individuals receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and guiding them toward effective weight management services tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those needing further assistance after attempting our program.
