MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in White Lake, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and direct them to tailored weight management services that cater to their individual needs and preferences. Our diverse offerings include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, alongside the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
