Ruby's Pantry in Aitkin, MN, is dedicated to providing food assistance to families and individuals by transforming surplus food from local farms and grocery stores into generous grocery bundles. Our mission is to ensure that every member of our community has access to essential nutrition without the barriers of income or residency requirements. We proudly partner with churches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa to deliver emergency food solutions that empower individuals and families. Each month, guests can visit any participating pop-up pantry location that suits their schedule, and for a modest $25 donation, receive a variety of nourishing foods. Join us in our commitment to fighting food insecurity and supporting the healthy development of our community.
