Home Delivered Meals is a dedicated nonprofit organization based in Aitkin, MN, specializing in the preparation and delivery of medically tailored meals for residents facing challenging health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD.
