The Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income households, including the elderly, living on Indian reservations and to Native American families in designated areas around Albert Lea, MN. Our mission revolves around ensuring access to nutritious USDA foods while promoting food security and healthy living through comprehensive nutrition education. We understand the urgent need for emergency food resources in our community, and we encourage eligible individuals to apply for support by reaching out to their local Indian Tribal Organization or State Distributing Agency for assistance.
