Located in Albert Lea, Minnesota, the Food Shelf at the Albert Lea Salvation Army provides essential food assistance to individuals and families facing nutritional challenges. Our dedicated program is committed to ensuring that everyone has access to healthy food options, including shelf-stable pantry items, fresh bread, cereals, meat, and seasonal fresh produce based on availability. We understand the urgency of food insecurity and aim to support our community through compassionate service. To ensure safety during these times, we have implemented a protocol where only one person can enter for intake at a time. Once registered, clients will receive their grocery bag outside, making the process as seamless and respectful as possible.
