About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Albert Lea, MN, is dedicated to providing essential, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can engage in the important act of eating together, while receiving compassionate support tailored to their needs. We offer meal support sessions four times daily, with flexible options for both lunch and dinner, allowing participants to join as their schedules permit. Each session is guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their Certified Nutrition Specialist certification, ensuring that all participants receive professional and empathetic guidance. Please note that while we strive to foster a supportive community, this program is not designed for urgent care or crisis situations.
