MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Albertville, MN, is dedicated to transforming the health and well-being of Veterans by offering comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and is connected to tailored weight management solutions that align with their individual needs and preferences. We provide a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed options, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers a pathway to manage weight independently. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require further assistance after participating in the MOVE! program.
