Project HEAL Alexandria, MN

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Alexandria, MN, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers free, accessible virtual group meals, fostering a safe and supportive environment where participants can share experiences and nourish their bodies. With meal support sessions available four times daily—including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options—individuals can attend as per their convenience. All sessions are led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, focused on guiding participants towards healthier relationships with food. While we are here to offer essential meal support, we encourage those in crisis to reach out to dedicated resources for immediate assistance.
