Home Delivered Meals, a compassionate initiative of Open Arms of Minnesota, is dedicated to providing medically tailored meal delivery services to individuals in Andover, MN, who are living with serious health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Our meals are prepared with care and delivered free of charge to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children, thanks to our supportive community of donors and volunteers. In addition to delivering nutritious meals, we offer valuable nutrition education and counseling to ensure the health and well-being of those we serve.
