Home Delivered Meals is a compassionate nonprofit based in Anoka, MN, dedicated to delivering medically tailored meals to residents battling serious health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. With the generous support of a caring community of donors and volunteers, we ensure our clients, their caregivers, and dependent children receive these essential meals at no cost.
