Our Family Support team is here to offer accurate information, compassionate guidance, and comprehensive resources right from the moment of diagnosis. We provide essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with navigating Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
