The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Austin, MN, is dedicated to training and empowering individuals who are passionate about creating a socially, environmentally, and economically just food system. Our program offers a unique, accessible opportunity for Fellows to engage in organic food system education without any tuition fees. Over six months, selected participants immerse themselves in hands-on learning at our farm, where they develop skills in growing and distributing diverse crops, implementing community education sessions, and supporting local farmers' markets. After this transformative experience, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional nonprofit organizations to enhance food access and promote food literacy in schools and communities. Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of advocates and educators for a sustainable food future, inspiring positive change within the local community and beyond.
