Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Austin, MN

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Austin, MN, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient care. Our program offers a welcoming environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals, where participants can gather to enjoy nourishing food while receiving essential emotional and nutritional support. With sessions available four times daily for both lunch and dinner, individuals can choose to join as often as needed to fit their schedules. All meal support sessions are led by nutrition practitioners in training who are working towards their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification, ensuring that participants receive knowledgeable guidance during their recovery journey. While we focus on meal support and not crisis intervention, those in immediate distress can seek help by texting HEALING to 741741 or calling emergency services.
