Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to residents of Belle Plaine, MN, who are facing serious health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), congestive heart failure (CHF), or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Our mission is rooted in the belief that food is medicine, and we strive to deliver compassion along with every medically tailored meal. Thanks to the generous support of our volunteers and donors, we offer these critical meal delivery services at no cost to our clients, their caregivers, and their children. In addition to meal preparation and delivery, we also provide vital nutrition education and counseling to empower our clients in their healing journey.
