Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to serving the Belle Plaine, MN community by providing medically tailored meal delivery to individuals facing health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Our compassionate team of volunteers and donors works tirelessly to ensure that clients, their caregivers, and dependent children receive nutritious meals at no cost. In addition to meal delivery, we also offer nutrition education and counseling to help our clients maintain their health and well-being. While meals are guaranteed for those in the Twin Cities metropolitan area who meet our eligibility criteria, we encourage individuals from surrounding areas to contact us to check on funding availability, ensuring that everyone has access to vital food assistance when they need it most.
