MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Belle Plaine, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by providing comprehensive annual screenings for obesity, facilitating referrals to tailored weight management services, and offering a variety of treatment options that align with individual needs and preferences. Our program features diverse care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, an innovative in-home messaging service that connects Veterans with clinicians. For those who prefer self-directed management, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further assistance after participating in our program.
