About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Belle Plaine, MN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the recovery process from eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meals, offered four times daily, create a safe and supportive environment where attendees can enjoy nutritious meals together, facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. Whether it's during lunchtime or dinner, participants can join as many sessions as they need to fit their recovery journey. Please note that this program is designed to complement outpatient care and is not a substitute for crisis support. For immediate assistance, individuals are encouraged to contact emergency services or reach out to support lines.
