MOVE! Weight Management Program in Bemidji, MN is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to personalized weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who wish to manage their weight independently. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
