About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Big Lake, MN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers safe, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious food with the guidance and support of trained nutrition practitioners. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can attend as many sessions as their schedule allows once they are approved. We understand the importance of community in recovery, and we aim to create a supportive space where every participant feels welcomed and understood. Please note, while we focus on meal support, we encourage those in crisis to reach out to appropriate resources for immediate assistance.
