MOVE! Weight Management Program in Big Lake, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with the appropriate weight management resources that suit their individual needs. The program offers a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! services that allow for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app offers the flexibility to manage weight on their terms. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their goals through the MOVE! program alone.
