Food Shelves, part of Family Pathways, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in Cambridge, MN, and surrounding communities by providing access to vital food assistance through our nine food pantries across Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties in Minnesota, as well as Polk County in Wisconsin. We empower families and individuals to choose the nourishment they need by allowing visits once a month and additional weekly check-ins to select fresh fruits, vegetables, bread, and dairy. Our mission is to ensure everyone has access to essential emergency food resources, fostering a healthier, more resilient community for all.
