The Commodity Supplemental Food Program for Seniors (CSFP) in Cannon Falls, MN, is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to seniors in need across thirteen counties in southeast Minnesota. Administered by the USDA and the Minnesota Department of Health, CSFP aims to alleviate hunger by offering a monthly food package that includes essential items such as canned fruits and vegetables, dairy products, canned meat, cereal, and nutritious plant-based options. In addition to food distribution at over 50 locations, including food shelves and senior centers, we prioritize supporting our participants with valuable information on healthy eating and nutrition.
