Located in Cannon Falls, MN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals dealing with dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to critical resources that support their dietary needs and improve their quality of life.
