Home Delivered Meals, based in Cannon Falls, MN, is dedicated to serving individuals battling critical health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. As a nonprofit organization, we prepare and deliver medically tailored meals at no cost to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children, thanks to the generous support of our community donors and volunteers. We firmly believe that food is medicine, and we are committed to ensuring that no one is left behind—there's always a place at our table. In addition to meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling to support our clients’ health journeys.
