MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Cannon Falls, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that best meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and easy clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we support Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
