Located in Champlin, MN, Ruby's Pantry is dedicated to providing affordable groceries to families and individuals through a unique model that sources surplus food and bumper crops into helpful food bundles. By collaborating with local churches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa, we aim to meet the basic nutritional needs of our community while welcoming everyone without income or residency restrictions. Our pop-up food pantry allows guests the flexibility to visit multiple locations each month, ensuring access to necessary food assistance at their convenience.
