Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing free, medically tailored meal delivery for residents in Champlin, MN, and the surrounding Twin Cities area who are living with serious health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Our compassionate team, supported by generous donors and volunteers, ensures that clients, their caregivers, and dependent children receive nutritious meals designed to aid in their healing and well-being. We believe that food is essential medicine and strive to make every individual feel welcome and supported at our table.
