Located in Champlin, MN, the Senior Food Shelf is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to older adults in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Our mission is to meet unique nutritional needs by offering a selection of fresh produce, meat, bread, and shelf-stable foods to ensure that all participants have access to nutritious meals. During your first visit, you’ll fill out a brief form with your basic information, and our compassionate staff and volunteers will guide you through the process of 'shopping' for 20 pounds of food per visit, available once a month. In addition to nourishing food, we also strive to offer pet food and hygiene items when supplies permit. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our services to prioritize safety, now requiring appointments to be scheduled in advance.
