Located in Chanhassen, MN, Free Exercise, Health and Wellness Classes offers older adults a diverse range of complimentary fitness and health education opportunities, both online and in-person. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to address essential topics such as aging gracefully, managing chronic conditions and pain, and preventing falls. We provide engaging live sessions where participants can connect with each other while striving for better health through exercise and wellness education. With most classes available at no cost, we strive to ensure accessibility and encourage community involvement, including non-mandatory donations to support our mission.
