Home Delivered Meals is a compassionate nonprofit organization based in Chaska, MN, dedicated to delivering medically tailored meals to individuals facing health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. We understand that nourishment plays a critical role in healing, which is why our community of generous donors and volunteers works tirelessly to provide these essential meals at no cost to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children. In addition to meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling, ensuring that those we serve receive the support they need to thrive.
