MOVE! Weight Management Program in Chaska, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to personalized weight management options that fit their individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
