Located in Circle Pines, MN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals struggling with dysphagia. Our mission is to support low-income individuals by offering access to critical resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the unique challenges faced by our community and work tirelessly to ensure that no one has to compromise their health or dignity due to dietary restrictions.
